Lead and guide all F&B front of the house employee’s.
Train all cashiers, buss staff and banquet servers on Grille procedures and cash handling.
Operate cash register and maintain a strong presence on the floor.
Inventory and order all beverages kept in the front of the house.
Will lead by example to ensure all staff is well prepared for individual positions.
Have the ability to proactively asses the priorities of all the restaurant operations.
Assist with special events, banquets, company and birthday parties and wedding when needed.
Complete other tasks or duties as they are assigned by your supervisor.
Requires outstanding customer service skills while working in a fast paced environment.
