Position Description: Position is responsible for the safety of every guest while they are in the water.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Position is responsible for ensuring Iron Mountain Hot Springs is neat and tidy for all guests and employees. Clean common areas, guest entrance, bathrooms, locker rooms, restaurant, parking lot, pool areas, break room etc. Types of cleaning will include but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning mirrors, laundry service, emptying trash bins, etc. Complete other tasks or duties as they are assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
Responsible for assisting guests with their product purchases within the Hot Springs Property. Products may include but not limited to pool soaking, food offerings, treatments, souvenir and other Iron Mountain Hot Springs items within the Merchandise Area. Complete other tasks or duties as they are assigned by your supervisor/Manager. The position will uphold our Core Values, Vision and Mission at all times.
Position is primarily responsible for ensuring the locker room areas at Iron Mountain Hot Springs are neat and tidy for all guests and employees as well as be available to guests to assist with locker entry when necessary. Keep sink, toilet, shower, changing and common areas clean and free of debris. Restock toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, and amenity dispensers as needed. Types of cleaning will include but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning mirrors, emptying towel bins, emptying trash bins, etc. Complete other tasks or duties within the janitorial department as they are assigned by your Manager or the Manager on Duty (MOD). The position will uphold our Core Values, Vision and Mission at all times.
Under the Food & Beverage Manager’s supervision, this position is responsible for leading and guiding café operations. Duties will include employee training, product ordering and inventory management, employee coaching and interacting with customers within the Café and food and beverage locations.
Responsible for assisting Guests with their product purchases within the food outlet. Provide food information to Guests to assist them with their meal decisions. Will serve guest alcoholic beverage orders, must be 18 years old to complete this task and will be under adult supervision. Ensure proper payment has been received and change given back to guests. Ability to take drink/food orders in a friendly manner. Complete other tasks or duties as they are assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
