Position Description: Responsible for all financial aspects of GCAP. Responsible for all profit and loss statement, AP/AR, assist with payroll and off cycle paychecks, oversee daily reconciliation system and reports, integrate payroll into QuickBooks and distribute financial reports on reoccurring or irregular basis.
Position is responsible for the preparation, production and service of the menu items. Will also be asked to assist with food prep and service from other cooking stations as needed. Assists in ensuring kitchen is clean and safe. Organize work space and food to ensure seamless transition between working shifts and amount of wasted food. Will be asked to assist with unloading of daily deliveries and provide input into needed food supplies and quantities. Complete other tasks or duties as they are assigned by your supervisor.
Position Description: This full-time year-round position is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor with all repairs and upkeep of the Glenwood Caverns Adventure park, GCAP, property. This includes but is not limited to assisting with construction and maintenance of park attractions and facilities, addressing Tram faults when needed, ride inspections, fix GCAP vehicles assist with general park operations when needed and approved by Maintenance Manager or Supervisor.
