Focuses on the safe operation of the attractions while consistently providing outstanding customer service to all guests and coworkers at GCAP. Promote a fun and friendly environment. Position will be working outdoors in all weather conditions overseeing an attraction operation. Complete other tasks or duties as they are assigned by your supervisor.
Plan, direct and control all aspects of the maintenance department in the following areas: Gondola, rides, attractions, building (incl HVAC), facilities, utilities, grounds and cave. Ensure that all aspects are maintained at the highest level to ensure the safety of our guests and employees while presenting a show of our world class, mountain-top theme park!
Position Description: Responsible for supporting office, human resources and assisting owners. Support recruiting, interviewing and training, organize company retreats and outings, assist with creating company documents, booking local hotel accommodations and maintain meeting documents.
Position Description: Responsible for all financial aspects of GCAP. Responsible for all profit and loss statement, AP/AR, assist with payroll and off cycle paychecks, oversee daily reconciliation system and reports, integrate payroll into QuickBooks and distribute financial reports on reoccurring or irregular basis.
